This is Santa Barbara and while most things here are pricey, at Ayers Automotive, you get precisely what you pay for. The service is above and beyond anything I have found at any car dealership, service bay and even above and beyond what I have seen in most restaurants in the city. The minimal extra fee guarantees a ride to and from your appointment, that your car is returned to you cleaner than when you left it, and you are left with the security of knowing that your car is in the best hands of any mechanics in the city of Santa Barbara. The facility is impeccably clean as are all of the employees. Ayers Automotive Repair is my new go-to place.

Very ethical and honest business. Nikki and Robert run a 1st class business here in Santa Barbara. I am very careful about who I refer work to- I have an Auto Repair business in So Cal. I refer all my clients here when they move or travel near here.

We just had our first experience with Ayers and it was excellent. Every conversation with Efrain and the other customer service rep were friendly, professional, and helpful. We did not interact with the owner, but these two really know how to provide good customer service. Our car was fixed, washed and vacuumed and the charge was as estimated. We will definitely be back!

I’m very impressed with the follow up with this business. I recently left feeling mistreated and write a review here. They immediately emailed me and called to rectify the problem. Seems like it was a miscommunication. I will always give a second chance. This shows they value the opinions of their customers and I appreciate that.

I would recommend Ayers without hesitation.

I was searching for a place to maintain my PT Cruiser after Chrysler in Goleta closed and I found Ayers.  I had seen their TV commercials and it is close to where I work.

The last time I brought my car in was for routine service and some costly repairs.  First of all Robert and Efrain are great,  so professional, polite and helpful as are all of the mechanics I've met so far.

My front bumper is broken and has been for several months, hanging down on one side.  When I went to pick up the car Gustavo, the mechanic came over to me and told me that he had reattached the bumper - a temporary fix but it is holding up and I've brought it through the carwash several times.  He also cleaned my front headlamps, which are oxidizing.  All of these extras were just because he  takes pride in his work.  And, my car was washed and vacuumed.   I highly recommend Ayers, you will never feel taken advantage of, just well taken care of.

My mother, sister and I were driving from WA to Santa Barbara.  On the way, our A/C went out and it was 107 degrees!  My aunt in Santa Barbara called Robert late on a Saturday afternoon and he said if we were at the shop at 7:30 on Monday they'd look at it and take care of us.  Take care of us they did!  Efrain was extremely helpful and informative.  The repairs were going to take awhile so he directed us to where we could rent a car so that we would continue our plans for the day.  When we returned the next morning, our car was ready ... washed and everything!  As 3 women traveling alone, we were truly thankful for their integrity.

I am from Los Angeles and my son's car died in Montecito, and it was towed to Ayers. I had to make arrangements for a charity to come tow it away. I felt helpless being 100 miles away. The service manager Efrain Cosio, could not have been any more professional and kind. He wrote up the paperwork for my insurance company without delay. After two weeks, I went back in to meet the charity's tow company to come get the car, and it was a fiasco. Efrain was so reassuring and patient. I also worked with Trina Garcia that day and she too was wonderful to work with. Very thankful for the service from Efrain and Trina
